Gaerne's SG-10 boots have received all kinds of praise, awards, and laurels from magines like Transworld Motocross, as well as top professional and amateur mx racers. Transworld gave the SG-10s a perfect score and called them the 'standard by which all boots are measured'. Dirt Bike magazine said the SG-10 represented 'the delicate balance between protection and comfort that all boots strive for.' These boots tend to run a bit big, so wear thick socks or round down your size. Some riders have reported that while initially feeling stiff, SG10s tend to break in soft in the tradition of all Gaerne mx boots.
